258 in BITSAT on attempt one, and 98.96 in MHT-CET
So definitely Phodu Club was quite important.
01 · The journey A fresher year with both exams covered
Vidushi finished Maharashtra board class 12 with 91% in the same year she sat BITSAT and MHT-CET. A senior at a government college in Gujarat told her not to waste time and to register with Phodu Club for BITSAT — advice she followed early enough to use the first BITSAT attempt properly.
02 · The turning point Mocks for CET, crash course for BITSAT LR
She used mock tests for both exams and took the LR crash course for BITSAT. For MHT-CET she sat the mock tests rather than a full crash course, and found the pattern — physics, chemistry, maths, timing and question counts — matched what she met.
03 · What worked Mentors on WhatsApp
What she thanks the platform for is the WhatsApp groups where she could reach mentors directly and get doubts cleared instantly. That support, alongside the mocks, is what she says carried both preparations.
Early BITSAT start
Registered in time to treat session one as a real attempt, not a warm-up.
Mentor WhatsApp groups
Direct access that cleared doubts as they came up.

Let's start with your introduction like your name, place and where are you from? What what were your exam scores? Yes.
Uh so I'm Vidushi. I'm from Mumbai, Maharashtra. I scored 258 in Bits and I secured 99% in MHT CET.
Uh I used Phodu Club for both of these exam uh preps. I used the mock tests from both uh uh for both the exams and I had a crash course for LR uh in BITSAT as well and definitely Phodu Club helped a lot and uh the WhatsApp groups wherein I could directly contact mentors I had a lot of doubts which were instantly clear so I'm quite grateful for the same and definitely thank you so much for all the help and support that you've given along the way. Uh yeah that's great.
Uh hope that we could glad that we could help and also uh I just wanted to know about your journey like how was your 11th and 12th and was this your drop year or this was your appearing year? I'm a fresher uh I just uh I got done with my 12th uh I was in the Maharashtra state board so I scored 91% over there as well. So definitely Phodu Club was quite important.
My senior recommended it to me uh who's currently at uh a government college at Gujarat. So she told me that you know for BITSAT do not waste time uh register with Phodu Club uh and don't because we had two attempts this year. This year was again another uh googly that bits gave that you know there are two attempts again.
So for the first attempt I did not waste time. I registered and uh I started preparing for bits uh alongside J and thankfully because I was able to I started early and I knew how things work for bits BITSAT specifically I was able to score in the first attempt itself. Yeah that's great.
Uh so yeah good to know about that. Uh what exact percentile you scored in MHT CET? Can you be uh specific?
Yeah 98.96. Okay. Okay that's great.
So you'll have good options from MHTCT as well and you heard about Phodu Club through your senior right? Yes. And uh it was like you took the bets course then you got to know about the MHT CET well.
Yes. Yes I took both of them. That's great.
So uh like since you use the MHT CET uh crash course and the test series uh so like uh what did you like about it and was the learning content the materials all the things were relevant for the MHT CET? So MHT CET they had only taken the mock test for the crash course had taken for bits specifically for MHT CET. Yes, the other pattern was pretty similar like uh physics cam math and the timing of the section and number of questions and everything which I did not see on any other platform.
It was quite organized and it followed that pattern. So some people you know instead of 100 questions I think 200 and you know it confuses the students whereas Phodu Club followed the format which is something I'm grateful for. only caveat if there was one was that I saw quite a few mistakes sometimes you know physics questions being in the math section and vice versa but I do understand that you know it's a a community full of students you know you're an entire group of students running this entire um platform and website and I understand such mistakes happen but just that I felt like the bits mock tests you know they were stellar they were perfect you know I had no problems whatsoever But MHT CET mocks I there were visible uh question mishaps.
So it's just that you know we've performed so well in bits that I have my bars at high for Phodu Club. That's the only uh complaint I have. Otherwise experience was great.
Mentors were good. Uh you know I had some doubts about you know BJTs how's the hostel? How's the life over there?
our placements and stuff and I've contacted some of the mentors personally as well and they've been very kind to reply immediately and you know give detailed answers which is again something that I'm very uh I appreciate a lot. That's great. Uh also uh like did you use the PCM like we had revision notes for PCM and also for MSGCT we had uh prep tracker and college predictor tool.
So did you use these three things as well? How did you uh find it? The short notes.
Yes, I did use a short notes quite often to revise quickly certain topics. What happens is that um you know if you're solving something after a very long time or something that is a topic which is canceled in J but is there in MHT CET just looking at the formulas just helps you a lot to you know get your memory jogging. So that was helpful.
Uh prep tracker to be honest I was not able to use because I bought the MHT CET mock test very late and I was just giving mock tests. I had my entire syllabus complete. Uh but definitely it's a good tool.
A lot of my friends have used it. College predictor was very helpful. College predictor helped me especially for my BITSAT counseling because then I knew okay this is the college I'm probably going to get.
So this is how I want to make my preference list and everything. So that is another option that I used and was very helpful. Yes.
Uh one last thing like uh like as Phodu Club was very relevant for you. Uh will you be able to recommend Phodu Club crash courses or learning material to your juniors or someone? Yes, of course.
Of course. Goes by without saying uh I would if you want a written testimony, anything at all, I'm willing to submit it as well. And of course, I I did find it very helpful.
And uh and one lovely thing is because this is studentled completely. A lot of other platforms, you know, because certain times with teachers who are very experienced, sometimes there's a disconnect between, you know, the student and the teacher. It just happens because of the generational gap or because of you know certain apprehensions that you have because of someone who's so older but because there were students involved in this entire process Phodu Club was like a community and that was a great uh thing which I really enjoyed you know so definitely I'll recommend it to everyone all of my juniors who will ask me.
Yeah, that's great Zushi. All the best for the future and all the best with the college counseling and all and hope you get a good one and enjoy your next four to five years in a better way. So yeah.
Yes. Hopefully. Yes.
Thank you so much. Thank you for your well wishes. All the best to you, too.
